The return policy applies only for physical items. The return window is 33 days from purchase date.
It only makes sense that the item is in pristine condition when returned, so that is something I ask as a requirement.
Once I receive the item for return, I’ll send you a text or email to confirm and process the refund.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return.
With regards to returns of higher priced items, it’s smart to consider using a trackable shipping service or even shipping insurance.
